Goal Alignment

We start by assessing how your clients define value and holistically align shop-floor metrics to department metrics and finally to Business Unit level objectives. We believe driving shop-floor leading indicators is key to achieving lagging Key Performance Indicator (KPI) achievement and increasing company collaboration.

Waste Reduction

Our preferred tool is to use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify opportunities to reduce waste throughout key processes. The process of creating a value stream map takes all the necessary people, processes, information and inventory, and displays them in a flowchart format. By visualizing all elements that go into creating a product or service, we can apply lean principles to reduce waste in specific areas of your processes.

Balancing Supply with Demand

We will review your current Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and discuss possible enhancements. The purpose of S&OP is to coordinate across business units, increase transparency, balance supply and demand, and achieve increased profitability. We start by taking a simplified view of customer demand by SKU/PN level, review current manufacturing/repair capacity, and collectively discuss options for better demand/supply alignment.

Commercial Excellence

We will review your go-to-market approach for each client segment. Separating your client such as growth clients, strategic clients and transactional clients will help align Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Customer Service personnel. Setting up growth strategies, KPIs and growth incentives by client segment will optimize growth potential.
